II.                   OBJECTIVES OF the PROPOSAL OF PHYSICAL RATING FOR the UNIT OF URBAN DESIGN SAN BLAS General mission:  To promote the formation of the citizen and the social cohesion of the community through a flexible program that integrates the physical rating of the districts with operative of social character where the community participates actively in all the sections of the program.  Specific objectives:  To produce ideas for the physical rating of the districts based on a diagnosis and a program of city-planning performances pre-established.  The ideas will be oriented a:  · Resolver space the requirements of urban equipment · Proponer drawn up of internal road · Proponer solutions for the location and the design of the houses of substitution for reasons of equipment, road and geologic risk.  III.  ACTIVITIES 1) Elaborar a Plane of assembly (Scale 1:2.500) with the proposal of the physical rating of the districts.  2) Desarrollar schemes that explain the estructurantes elements and of interest of the proposal 3) Proponer a first work front, with schematic first draft of architecture and engineering.
